Access Hours: Access to the Makerspace is limited to posted hours, during which staff will be available. Hours are subject to change with notice.

Continuous Supervision: Staff members or trained assistants will be present at all times for supervision and support.
Active Assistance: Students are encouraged to seek help if they have any doubts regarding equipment usage.

Immediate Reporting: Report any malfunctions or damage to equipment immediately to the staff.

Future Monitoring Plans: We are in the process of installing Smart IP Cameras in the lab. This is a forthcoming enhancement aimed at ensuring safety and policy compliance.
Notification of Activation: Students will be notified when the cameras become operational. From that point forward, all activities within the lab will be monitored for safety and adherence to lab policies.
Ownership of Creations: Students maintain intellectual property rights of their work, adhering to college policies.
No Storage of Personal Data: Personal projects or data should not be stored on Makerspace computers.
Adherence to Updates: These policies may be revised periodically. Students are responsible for keeping themselves updated.
Mandatory Compliance: Adherence to these policies is compulsory. Non-compliance will lead to disciplinary action.
